Our aim has always been to provide the best experience at the best price. We use only scheduled flights with national airlines, and the flights are protected by the ATOL issued to our flight providers: see below. In the countries which we visit we use only the most reliable agencies, all of which have been thoroughly checked on the ground by us.
Clients' monies are protected by being paid into a clients’ call account, and the only payments we make from this account before an expedition are for the flight tickets. The full remaining costs of the expedition are met by us until the end of the trip when we recoup our expenses from the account. This account is backed by a £40,000 investment of which £10,000 is immediately accessible in case of emergency.
